Prices are listed in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and may be updated without notice. Payments must be completed in full before work begins. For bespoke services, additional payment terms may apply, which will be discussed during the consultation phase.
4. Service Disclaimer
While we strive for perfection in every service we offer, Lux Time Makers does not guarantee absolute precision or indefinite performance for mechanical timepieces, especially in vintage and pre-owned watches. Our services are based on decades of expertise, but mechanical systems are inherently subject to variables such as wear, environmental conditions, and user handling.
Lux Time Makers shall not be held liable for:

Performance issues due to user negligence or external damage post-servicing.

Loss of personal or historical data associated with restored watches (e.g., engraved names, undocumented provenance).

Delays caused by third-party suppliers or shipping logistics.
We recommend all timepieces be worn with care and serviced regularly in accordance with the specific requirements of the movement type.
5. Refund Policy
Due to the bespoke and handcrafted nature of our services, all sales are considered final.
We do not offer refunds for the following:

Custom-made timepieces after design confirmation.

Restoration services once initiated.

Completed or ongoing maintenance services.
In the event of a service-related concern, please notify us within 14 days of receiving your item. We may, at our discretion, offer adjustments, rework, or credits for future services if a demonstrable issue is found that results directly from our workmanship. Refunds are only considered in cases of proven negligence or failure to deliver the agreed service scope.
All claims must be submitted in writing to support@luxtimemakers.com with supporting documentation and photographs, where applicable.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lux Time Makers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services or products. Our total liability shall in no case exceed the amount paid for the service or product in question.
